Before carrying out any welding works on the cars equipped with anti-blocking system of brakes (ABS) disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the rechargeable battery from the weight then disconnect the contact socket from the ABS control unit.

NOTE It is necessary to avoid impact on the ABS control unit of high temperatures, for example, when drying paint a lamp reflector or in the thermal furnace. Even at short-term influences temperature never has to exceed +95 °C, and at the influences lasting more than 2 hours, +85 °C. If necessary disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the rechargeable battery and dismantle the ABS control unit.
